President NCUDA-USA:
Dr. Solomon Betanga (Nkemnkeng-Aka)
Dr. Betanga is the current CEO of Nchenfem Cultural and Development Association (NCUDA)-USA, chapter a trusted community resource and advocate for Nchenfem people living in the United States of America. The chief executive officer, he is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. Dr. Betanga has devoted much of his lifetime to philanthropy and community service. At his teenage age, he was one of the founding members of Nchenfem All Student Union (NASU) during which they mobilized the community, raised funds, and championed the construction of the famous Nchenfem Roundabout. This monumental structure has served as a landmark of directions to date for residents and visitors and remain the man gateway to Nchenfem.
Arriving the United States in 2004, he joined the NCUDA-USA founded a year earlier in 2003. He served this association successfully as Secretary General from 2008 and 2013, as well as an advisor to the National Executive.
Education:
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in mathematics education from Georgia State University
- Post-Masters Certificate, Quantitative Research in Education from Georgia States University
- Master of Science, Mathematics from the University of West Georgia
- Education Specialist in mathematics education from Liberty University in Virginia
- Master of Arts, Teaching mathematics from Mercer University
- Bachelor of Science, Mathematics from the university of Buea-Cameroon.
He has taught mathematics at both secondary and university levels as adjunct mathematics instructor, lecturer, and Assistant Professor of mathematics at different institutions of learning in the United States, including Gordon State College, Mercer University, Georgia Military College, Southern New Hampshire University, Georgia State University- Perimeter College etc.
Dr. Betanga brings his experience and strength of a community service and leadership necessary to propel this great organization to higher heights. He is married with three wonderful children.
Vice President- Mr. Emmanuel Mbeboh
Mr. Emmanuel Mbeboh is the current Vice CEO of NCUDA-USA. In the absence of the CEO, he assumes the role of the President. This is his premier role in the executive after having served as a dedicated member of NCUDA-USA since 2007.
Mr. Mbeboh like many community organizers from Nchenfem is an off-shoot of Nchenfem All Student Union (NASU) which has as its mission that every charitable act is a stepping stone towards putting a smile on the face of the under privileged. With this mission in mind, Mr. Mbeboh continue to be involved in every charitable mission of NCUDA-USA.
Academically, Mr. Julius Mbeboh has an Associate Degree in Air Traffic Control Management from Community College of Baltimore County, Maryland.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Care Administration with a minor in Business Administration from Towson University, Maryland.
Professionally, he is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and serves as the current Deputy Administrator for Buckingham at Norwood –New Jersey, a five-star, 350 bed Skilled Nursing Home facility.
Julius believes that community service puts him out of himself and lets him see a different part of himself, which is important to him. And he believes that NCUDA-USA provides that platform for him to serve the community. He is a father of twin (Tanyi) and is married to his beautiful wife and they are blessed with four beautiful children. He is a soccer fan always rooting for FC Barcelona.
Secretary General, NCUDA-USA – Mr. Donatus Mbelem
Mr. Donatus Mbelem is the present Secretary General of NCUDA-USA. His responsibilities as the Secretary General includes ensuring that meetings are effectively organized and properly documented, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with members and the community at large.
He started his community involvement in Nchenfem, his hometown, as a strong member and Publicity Secretary of the student union called Nchenfem All Student Union (NASU). He migrated to the USA and is a pioneer member and has been involved continuously in NCUDA-USA activities since its creation in 2003. He served as the pioneer Secretary General of NCUDA-USA from 2003 to 2008. He was elected the president of NCUDA-USA for two terms from 2008 to 2013 and served as an adviser from 2013 to 2018.
Professionally, Dr. Mbeboh is employed with Adfinitas Health, an Internal Medicine Hospitalist company based in Maryland.
Academically, he did his undergraduate and graduate studies in Microbiology/Medical Lab Science at the University of Buea, Cameroon. He did his Physician Assistant studies at Towson University, Maryland, and finally obtained a Doctorate in Medicine in 2017, USAT Montserrat. He also holds a Diploma in International Medicine.
He is a member of multiple professional organizations and recipient of multiple awards and in recognition of his extensive volunteer services, he was awarded the United States President’s Volunteer Service Award in 2017.
As Secretary General, he intends to bring his expertise, strengths of dedication, insight, community service, and leadership to the NCUDA–USA. He is married with three awesome children. During his leisure time, he plays and watches soccer.

Technical Adviser Esther A. Betanga
Ms. Betanga is a Technical Adviser to NCUDA-USA executive. In this position she contributes to maintaining and further augmenting the reputation of NCUDA-USA executive and the association as a whole through professional, friendly, timely, diplomatic, and respectful interactions.
Her activism in community service started in the 1990s, when as a youth together with others, pioneered the creation of Nchenfem All Student Union(NASU). She served in the first NASU executive and in collaboration with other members, was instrumental in rallying funds for the construction of the famous Nchenfem Roundabout. Nchenfem Roundabout does not only symbolize the achievements of youth community service, the edifice remains the main gateway to Nchenfem today.
When Ms. Betanga immigrated to the USA, in partnership with other dedicated members, pioneered the creation of NCUDA-USA and she has served in multiple roles within the executive including the Social Services Treasurer. She was part of a grassroots effort by NCUDA-USA that raised approximately $60,000 for the construction of Nchenfem Water Project. The Water project does not only supply clean portable water to Nchenfem and neighboring villages, the provision of clean water has drastically reduced water borne diseases, improved health outcomes and increased household incomes.
Education: Masters Degree in Social Work, Walden University. Professionally, Ms. Betanga is a Social Worker employed with Non-profit Organization; Partnership Against Domestic Violence (PADV), Atlanta, Georgia.
Her core values in life has always been to serve and help disadvantaged individuals and families to meet their basic needs and these are some of the unique values she brings to a non profit organization like NCUDA-USA.
Ms. Betanga is a single mother of two beautiful children.
